Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return Method
All returns must be sent by mail.
Return Shipping & Labels
- The customer is responsible for the return label and all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items (calculated from the product price).
This amount will be deducted from your refund.
How to Start a Return

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to mail your return.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return is received and inspected.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
- Restocking fees will be deducted automatically from the refund amount.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
